My name is Gustav Leonhardt
I am a Swedish Chef based in Stockholm, Sweden.

I have worked at high-end restaurants, among them Michelin star kitchens such as Agrikultur and Aira. I am currently working at Aira with R&D (Research & Development). In 2021 I won the honorable title "The Chef of the Year".
​
I love to compete in my profession and with that said:
My next Goal is to win Bocuse d’Or in 2025.
